I have to say I was leery at first about incorporating kettlebells in to my gym equipment.. I already used weights and I thought that would be enough. The great thing about kettlebells is that you can use them as single hand weights or with both hands. The grip on kettlebells is better to do back exercises I have found. Using a heavier weight is good to define pectoral muscles. I have gained 2 inches across my chest using these. I am very happy with the results. I also get more defined back muscles and the definition in my arms is better. I am glad a close friend recommended them to me. If you are finding it hard to gain more muscle or definition give kettlebells a try. I am just sorry I waited so long. The results will not take long to see. I am living proof of what they can do.
